We are passionate about being with young people in secondary schools and Woking College, where they have the opportunity to meet and talk with Christians. In this way they can understand and discuss what being being a Christian means in today's world and on their front-line.
Our schools workers are supported by a team of youth workers, clergy and interns from Woking churches.
We spend time with young people on a weekly basis building trusting relationships and coming alongside them in a supportive and open manner. This could be anything from lending an ear to encouraging them to talk about any issues they have.
We run Christian Union lunch and after school groups within schools and colleges where there is a dedicated space allowing individuals of all faiths (and none) to explore the Bible and what it means to them today.
In these sessions - led by our schools workers - we have fun, food and friendship.
